Refund Policy

Every MegaSlider is cut and engraved specifically for you — your name, your event, your time, your logo. Under UK consumer law (the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), the usual 14-day "change of mind" cancellation right for online orders doesn't apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised. That's what a MegaSlider is, so once we've started production we generally can't offer a change-of-mind refund.

If you email hello@capitalwebsystems.co.uk within 2 hours of ordering — before we've started cutting — we'll cancel and refund you in full, no questions asked. After that, we may already be in production and can't guarantee we'll be able to stop or change it.

Spotted a typo in the name or text you entered? Let us know straight away — the sooner you tell us, the better the chance we can fix it before it's cut. Once a personalised order has been produced, we can't refund it for a spelling or detail you entered incorrectly, but we're always happy to quote you for a corrected replacement.

This is where your statutory rights always apply, personalised or not. If your order:

• arrives damaged or faulty,
• doesn't match what you designed and ordered (a mistake on our part), or
• doesn't arrive at all,

email us at hello@capitalwebsystems.co.uk with your order reference and a photo if it's a damage or fault issue, and we'll put it right — a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. This is on top of your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which this policy doesn't limit.

The same principles apply to a batch ordered through a team page or bulk upload: individual pieces are personalised in the same way, so the above applies per slider. If a whole batch is affected by a fault on our side, tell us and we'll sort out every affected piece.

Any refund we agree is paid back to the card or payment method you used to order, usually within 5–10 working days via Stripe.
